• Flatpacks and all orders over $49 ship FREE to U.S. destinations. 
• Non-flatpack orders under $49 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

📬 FREE NO-RUSH SHIPPING (Flatpacks Only) 

Flatpack orders under $49 qualify for our most economical service — Free No-Rush Shipping, delivered by USPS. 

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days 

• Delivery Time: 3–8 business days (after shipment) 

• Tracking: Not always available 

⚠️ Note: On rare occasions, USPS may incorrectly assess postage due on Flatpacks. If you’re charged unexpectedly, please email us a photo of the receipt and we’ll make it right. 

📦 STANDARD SHIPPING (USPS or FedEx Ground Economy) 

• Flat rate of $5.95 on Flatpack orders under $49 

• Flat rate of $7.95 for all other orders under $49 

• FREE on all orders over $49 

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days 

• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipment 

📮 Standard shipping is handled by USPS or FedEx Ground Economy, depending on location and order size. While affordable, these carriers occasionally experience delays. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend upgrading to UPS or FedEx Ground. 

🚛 GROUND SHIPPING (UPS or FedEx Ground) 

• $14.95 for orders under $49 

• $9.95 for orders over $49 

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days 

• Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after shipment 

Ground shipping is fulfilled by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, based on your region and delivery address. These services are faster and more reliable than USPS, and include full tracking. 
📌 Note: This option is not available for Flatpack-only orders under $49. 

⚡ PREMIUM SHIPPING (FedEx or UPS Express Services) 

Need it fast? Choose a Premium Shipping option at checkout: 

• FedEx Express Saver (2–3 Day): Variable rate based on location & order size 

• FedEx Overnight / UPS Next Day Air: Variable rate 

• Ships within 1 business day when premium is selected 

Delivery estimates and rates will be shown during checkout. FedEx and UPS deliver Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). While Next Day delivery is guaranteed, 2–3 day services are not guaranteed due to carrier policy — though most arrive on time. 

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not ship outside the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future. 

📦 THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS & FREIGHT FORWARDERS 

We only guarantee delivery to U.S. addresses. Orders shipped to freight forwarders or 3PL companies are at the customer’s own risk. Herbivore Spice Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once a shipment is delivered to the third-party handler.

Some items may be marked “Ships directly from vendor.” These are fulfilled by our trusted partners and: 

• Are not eligible for store promotions or discounts 

• Cannot be cancelled once placed
